Nepal 6.2 -Tribhuvan International Airport-

This is the pond or maybe fountain in the airport vicinity but it has dried up, this show how "deep this people eat water"! When we arrived in airport, there are trolley boys waiting eagerly for us, hahaha! If given the choice I rather took those bags myself because these trolley boys don’t look friendly at all. The most fierce-looking, unfriendly and unethical Nepali is all in Airport!

I'm very dissapointed with the travel agent, they should have informed us about the photo needed for visa on arrival and they also never informed us about the 1675rupee airport tax that we are suppose to pay when leaving Nepal!

If we have known this airport tax earlier, we could have save few nepali rupee instead of buying stuff we don’t need just to clear of the useless rupee.
1675rupee = USD25 = 93dirham per person
We don’t have rupee or USD left, so we paid in Dirham and we didn’t have small dirham either we only had 1000dirhams note.
1675rupee = USD25 = 93dirham per person
So we pay them in dirham and those airport tax staff will pay us back in USD

We gave them 1000dhs; they gave us back USD 172 plus two airport tax coupon!
Lian was furious, insisting of a recount… how did they come up with that number? Are they retard or robbers?
According to our calculation USD 1 = Dhs 3.6
So Dhs1000 = USD278
USD 1 = 69 rupee
So USD 278 = 19182 rupee
19182 rupee minus 2x 1675rupee (2tickets) = 15832rupee = USD229
We were supposed to get back USD229 but only get USD 172!!!
How the f8ck did they come up with that number, where had the 57dollars gone?
57dollars out of 250dollars gone to "Foreign exchange commission"!!! That's really ridiculous…

50dollars isn’t much but the feeling of being conned made me feel bad.

No matter how bad these airport personnel were we still need to broad the plane how.

This airport was the worst that I have ever been to, bad toilet, bad staffs, bad administration, everything also bad! I'm lucky to have escaped but not so lucky for Nepal because now I will "sing" bad of her: p

The salesperson in this shop also not honest, Lian bought a scarf for 400rupee then she decided to change a t-shirt for me which cost 600rupee.
She gave the scarf back plus two sheets of rupee. Lian though it was two sheets of 100rupee but in actual one was 500rupee another was 100rupee.
The greedy salesperson never returns the money until Lian realize it later. Super Idiots… I thought this Hinduism guys believe in Karma, they will get what they ripe that's why their country remain so poor because they have cheated other people money too much.
No coffee shops although there were shops selling coffee. Just one screen to show flight schedule…

Their cyber cafe used ACER! That's the most Hi-tech stuff in Nepal

At least got smoking room, although I only met a few smoking Nepali. Most Nepali are non-smokers.

Their Toilets are The Besssssssssssssssssst! ! !

This is a sign to EMERGENCY EXIT!

BUT the DOOR is locked with chains and padlock! What EMERGENCY??

EVEn my home dustbin is better!

Phone? Jangan Harap la! Just one departure halls and no sign at all, passengers can easily broad the wrong plane.
If I was to grade this airport of the scale from one to ten, it will be negative -10!!!
Although, I wish to come back for a second look or maybe do a base camp!
