Egypt 6.8 -Philae-

The 10mins boat ride brought us to Philae temple, a temple in the mid of Nile River. The temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, she is the mummy of Horus. De famous Bird like God.
I found signboard here were abit old but still informative about sized & etc of the island and temple. River nile use to be broader and deeper but time has changed it. Nature change so do men...
This temple is for Isis's hubby, Horus's daddy. He had been killed twice. 1st time he was con by his own bro and sealed inside a gold coffin but Isis dunno how revived him with the help of some God. 2nd time he was cut into 15 pieces and throw into the Nile. Isis manage to get 14parts of him but not his kukujiao, believe it was eaten by fishie.. I think that fishie become NEptune and fuck other fishes and they produced mermaids?

Technically most ancient site got light&sound show but this one was a bit special because the boat ride fees to the show isnt included in the entrance fee. Anyway, we got no time to watch. The seats were Grand le... got ancient feel w000t!
Philae Temple was cut into pieces and stick together again on Agilika Island about 550 meters from its original home on Philae Island in the wake of the High Dam. Because of Tha Hi-Damn... few site has to be relocated. I wonder how many monuments and ancients stuffs that havent been found and submerge under water.
